This isnt about "provoking" artists who dont draw loli, there's plenty of artist that dont and dont go out of their way to act all morally superior because of that.
This is about calling out hypocrisy and treat them to the same standards they treat others
Also the main reason loli gets attacked in normie spaces is because all the people attacking it in the first place, just go look at youtube most videos talking about it are doing so negatively and in bad faith, so of course we are gonna respond.
Many lolicons, me included, follow non-loli artists and, from my personal experience, have never seen a lolicon call out a non loli artist for drawing "underage characters" just out of the blue its always been in response to the artist acting high and mighty about loli.
I can agree, i feel much the same way about fanservice, it's like a weird thing where nobody can be honest about what they like and dislike. Everyone is afraid to say they like loli, they like seeing boobs, they like seeing thick thighs in anime, i would argue Japanese are much more honest about sexuality and tastes than the average person in the West, even those who are hypersexual like the current Trans movement, which should change due to the resurgence of fanservice no longer being negative, and people realizing that it never stops at one thing. It goes to everything like a virus or an infection.
As for normals it's a weird cycle, I keep having a feeling with normal spaces, they parrot things because an authority figure told them as such even if it's dishonest arbitrary like Lollicon = Pedophilia(which is just the main guy outing himself as one). The main faults of this group is usually due to ignorance for example.
1. they do not watch Anime with loli(Kunoichi, Is The Order A Rabbit? etc) or know much about it,
2. they are very superficial people who tend to believe what they are told, they then defend it and do so in bad faith because they know it would hurt their ego and expose them as being a casual who has never watched anime loli
3. know much about loli at all or only has seen the specific scenes shown to them
4. They do not think it's a popular position and they are XYZ if they do not defend themselves. Which is rare that is Stockholm syndrome at its worst.
The only way around it is to tell them to watch loli anime and make fun of them for not doing so and more video creators need to make real hard hitting videos about lollicon's history of liking cute girls and it just being an aesthetic like all other things. Make it less stigmatized than it is now, they have evidence from numerous anime series, numerous examples that it's not always about lolicon being hentai material, but an actual genre of things.
