WOOOW there are too many I just can't pick a favorite
for now I reacted with a like to everyone who listed a theme that I really like
right now [for a few weeks] these are the three songs that I can't get out of my head and that I hear over and over and over again without stopping.
Haru wa yuku - Aimer [ED Fate/Stay night Heaven's Fell III. Spring Song]

Homura - LiSA [Kimetsu movie theme]

Know Know Know - DOES [Gintama OP17, This theme has been in my head for some years now and I just can't get it out, the more I hear it more I like it, it's incredible.]

I'm also watching the new Higurashi series and its op and ed are very good.

I could make an infinite list but these are the ones I listen to the most right now.
And I would not know how to choose a favorite.
my favorite songwriter is probably Yuki Kaijura, man I really love that woman's work, and apparently she's going to work again on the new Madoka movie, I can't wait.

Chiisana Boukensha ft. Amamiya Sora (Aqua), Takahashi Rie (Megumin) and Kayano Ai (Darkness). Obviously KonoSuba ED. There are also versions with just each of the VAs singing the whole song.
