Yes this is a perfect example, almost like they project a lot when they say everyone else is amateur's at Translation but they are masters and have experience. It's sort of like who are they trying to convince? Themselves? Because this whole thing is badly done, and those that defend it are on cope mode, because they do not wish for Eiyuden Chronicle to die or to stay Japan only. Which would be beneficial and free from this awful excuse of a localization company.

How do you get incel from 陰キャ in the first place? That has nothing to do with sex, it means a more reserved/introverted/negative person, the opposite of a 陽キャ who is more outgoing/energetic/positive.

This is all from one キズナトーク/Heart-to-Heart. Note that I've decided to leave the stuff that's close enough untranslated, but it is by no means a perfect translation. There are many minor details they got wrong all over the place, and I don't have the patience to point out every single one.
Now this first one you could arguably say is accurate enough, but I decided to include it for 2 reasons
In this next one they replaced cheating (in a relationship) with just making your partner jealous, which snowballs into the rest of the scene being completely inaccurate.
And in this last one, they censored Karna's diet excuse and replaced it with nonsense about "coloured foods".

- The term "ageism" just rubs me the wrong way.
- While she does say "ojisan", she might mean that Riki's fondness of flowers is surprising because he is a man, not specifically because he is old. With the Japanese it is left open to interpretation by just calling it prejudice, the English decides to clearly make it about age instead of leaving it vague.

Why did they make Riki talk like a caveman? Did they do that with all the nopon?
Yeah, they did that with pretty much all the Nopon, with a few exceptions. I guess that's how they decided to translate their speech quirks.

Nekonyan is very bad overall and it's worse because I tried to read Making Lovers by them. I found the translation just very bad. Insertion of memespeak, dialog is very stilted in a bad way to where it makes awful localizations in AAA companies look semi competent even though that industry is bottom barrel with standards. I would steer clear of Nekonyan and Sekai Project as a whole. Caters to bottom feeders who like their awful translations.

This one is just bizarre to me. For some reason they did everything in their power to avoid writing 普通の女の子 (ordinary girl). They mainly replaced it with talking about the way Melia dresses.
Dialogue choice 1
Again, they made them talk about the way she dresses but in the last line of the English it's like they forgot what they were doing and suddenly Melia is talking about Shulk's preference in girls.
Dialogue choice 2
More talk about clothes and after that they once again specifically leave out "ordinary girl" and replace it with "pauper" and "from a crazy alien world".
This last one happens later in a different dialogue tree and it's more of the same. Very similar to the one above, replacing the "princess or ordinary girl" part with different races instead.
