as of me writing this post sweet baby inc detected, a steam curator dedicated to pointing out which games this company has worked on is about to reach 200k followers.

some big streamers like asmongold(like him or hate him) have talked about it and it seems like things are continuosly getting more and more interesting

I've heard some say on kotakuinaction like roosterteeth and machinma at the time before they inevitably went out of buisness, it was the legacy content keeping it going.

Only real reason why IGN and Kotaku and Polygon and Eurogamer are still around but on life support, is because of the legacy content shit like walkthroughs but then people like slyzer and obscure mid to late 2000s and early 2010 era youtubers exist as good enough walkthroughs like gamefaqs was once upon a time ago.

Not only that. But difference between Gamergate 2.0 and the original is it's everyone vs the collapsing smaller groups. Society has begun to realize that it never stops at one thing, it does not stay in one country. It's a virus that unless you stop it early it infects everything. Also the hugest change is everyone is finally attacking and also not just attacking the easy people on the frontlines but also the sponsors and the fundraising apparatus.
