Unfortunately "just don't buy" doesn't work.
If you want change you literally have to do what they did basically.
Being passive basically like this guy is suggesting IS EXACTLY what people did in GG1. They lost.
As someone who has seen GG 1.0 i can agree that staying passive does not work, but also not buying helps. I mean if i am putting money on Amazon or i am putting money on Netflix or buying from Walmart, while they write things in support of my own destruction, that is my own fault and it does mean i am allowing things to happen as a whole. The best thing you can do is to try and hit the funding apparatus and give it attention, and keep attacking it as a whole. You need to attack from the top and hit the Queen Bee, not the Worker Bees. Kill the Queen Bee and the hive dies out, kill the worker bees and they keep respawning infinitely because the Queen Bee can keep laying eggs and more ground troops.
