The problem with Silvervale can be simplified around the words parasocial and nice girl.
Her 'husbando' 1000$ / playing rent-a-girlfriend gig could be the best textbook story (outside of stalking and worse) on how messy and fucked-up those parasocial relationships can be. Consider the document found by Blackjack and now multiply it by 5 or 10 the number of guys going through their own seperate drama with it.
On the other end, I heard from some of her mods she went through it because enough of her audience convinced her it would be 'fun' to do (and I'm sure she wasn't saying no to the money either - until the issues made the gain not worth it). And with her saying she doesn't leave her home, her chatting part on stream makes her seems barely functionnal or knowledgeable, she is also a textbook reference of a streamer whom her only 'friends' are her audience and people she collab with on stream or follows on other social platforms. As for friends with the others, she always call Vei 'my Queen' and always showers her with compliments, while both have less game collabs together than what Silver did with Mouse or anyone else in V-Shojo. From Silver herself, she had to do the Vei singing portion on their Zombie song because Vei didn't want to sing. This is very odd to give such a pass on someone who did less for you (and make you work to cover their own ass) than others did. I think it is fair to say she identify 'friends' those who give to her any kind of validation or affection, because she have nothing else going for her socially.
My own take on why Silver still get away (for now) with some things is that she may genuinely be a 'nice girl'. Just someone who tries very hard to please everyone, while making nobody happy at the same time because she is such a gullible, spineless pushover who seems bordeline an addict for validation and affection from anyone who bothers to (or want to take advantage of her). Because of that, she probably get excused more in the community due to a form of empathy since a lot of the audience and others Vtubers were most likely labelled or have been that 'nice' once or still are. However, while she doesn't make drama, dirt or rrats intentionally per say or isn't just an actual bitch, she is very much a shit magnet because she can't learn from her past mistakes, repeat them over and over, which makes it impossible to keep her own act straight and consistant. This is what will make her career go stalled for good one day before rolling down to nothing.
So, as Boob said, Silver is nothing more than just a time bomb and pity the one ending up as collateral damage when that happens just because they will be at the wrong place, wrong time.
