"The Irregular at Magic High School" even after watching it twice and reading the LN i sometimes re-watch some episodes/scenes. It's defintily not the best show but i enjoy it.

Also "The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya" i (try to) watch every Winter.

I have re-watch "Kyoukai senjou no horizon" 4 times and every time i watch it i undertand more, its not the best anime but i love it.

The Irregular at Magic High School
Girls Und Panzer
Ryuuou no Oshigoto!
New Game (to a lesser extent than the 2 above, but its comfy while coding)
Toradora
Lucky Star
and those are the only ones that come off the top of my head.

The only anime I've ever rewatched are Re:Zero and Guilty Crown.

I rewatch a lot of anime. Sometimes I just forgot about the main plot, or some other stuff so I tend to rewatch alot now and then.
I also went on a rewatch spree due to an irl friend getting into anime and having too much normie tastes, so I watched a lot of classics with him and fix that.
What I've rewatched regularly though is
  • Ghost in the Shell (1995)
  • Evangelion (especially 3.33)
  • Houseki no Kuni
  • Nagi no Asukara
  • Hibike! euphonium
  • Grimgar
Also, I do want to mention that one of favourite anime: Shinseki yori is the one that I've been unable to rewatch. It's just not the same as the first time, and the budget/production catastrophes make it even harder.

  • Youjo Senki
  • Konohana Kitan
  • Shield Hero
  • Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san
  • Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita
  • Barakamon
  • Slow Start
  • Demi-chan wa Kataritai
  • Houkago Teibou Nisshi
  • Yuru Camp (s1+s2 when it finishes)
  • Acchi Kocchi
  • Sewayaki Kitsune no Senko-san
  • Gabriel Dropout
just to name a few, all of these are great

Steins;Gate, Madoka Magica (yes), Little Busters, Lyrical Nanoha As and StrikerS, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.
And No Game no Life, particularly the movie.
And Kara no Kyoukai.
And recently, Railgun's third season (first two are subpar, but that's more the source material's fault)

My energy to get into new franchises decreases year by year, I swear.

Is Irregular at Magic High School that good? I couldn't stand it for some reason and dropped it halfway.

I wouldn't say its amazing, but it isn't bad, a very 7/10 show.
Then again I just really enjoy overpowered characters fucking off and doing whatever.

same, its why I really enjoy trashy isekais like "in another world with my smartphone" or "death march rhapsody", the MCs are op and just do whatever which I find very appealing

ah I heard a lot of bad things about Smartphone but i had fun with it watching. Incredibly average show though.
Death March Rhapsody I actually wanted to see more of cause of the lolis at the end of the season.

I was so sad when it never got an S2
at least BOFURI is getting an S2

Wild to see Irregular at Magic High School mentioned this often. It's by no means terrible, I quite enjoyed it, it's just very heartily in the "Boy at magical high school who is said to be the worst but is actually the best assembles cookie-cutter harem and wins the tournament arc" genre. I didn't expect it to have a following.

That said my answer for this thread was gonna be Log Horizon so I don't have a ton of room to talk, lol. It's a guilty pleasure of mine. Trigun, Toradora, Hyouka, and Gurren Lagann are also ones I've rewatched multiple times.

Unironically one piece, I only rewatch certain arcs though. Its a nice throwback every coulple of months.

The mod team has only the finest taste in overpowered MC anime

Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt, Queen's Blade and Sword Art Online Alternative Gun Gale Online. Are the ones that comes to mind.

When I wanna cry, I watch Clannad. Works each time.

And somehow Black Rock Shooter seems to have a high rewatchability value. Maybe because it's a short anime.
