To be fair it does correlate that MAPs tend to like lolicon art too regardless of whether they say it publicly or not (given I know like two or three people who admitted they were non-offending MAPs to me and I basically didn't care as long as they don't ever do anything to someone IRL) but it doesn't mean that they always overlap.
It's like saying someone with a fart fetish is into scat because the two fetishes often overlap with each other, they might be adjacent fetishes but it doesn't mean one is the other or leads to the other. In fact real pedophilia can lead to appreciation of loli art and possibly prevent actual abuse (no studies exist but seeing as sex crime rates are high in countries where porn is immoral/illegal such as in Muslim culture I can only imagine this could actually be a truth), while I've never heard of a case of lolicon turning someone into a real pedophile.

its not really the fact that maps may enjoy loli its the fact that maps or at least those I have seen on twitter think all lolicons are pedophiles. I don't think that to be the case though, how many MAPs have you seen that actually do like lolicons? I've known quite a few that said that lolicon does nothing for them and they just use it as a mask to share CP.
