That's alot of drama, I'll leave this here, not detracting from whatever the vtuber did but this doc reeks of disingenuity from its preface.
Even if every piece of data was technically public, the act of targeting an individual, compiling personal details, and publishing them with commentary can constitute doxxing especially if it invites harassment. Claiming "it's all public" ignores the context, presentation, and likely consequences
Saying “I’m not defaming” while drawing accusatory conclusions from cherry-picked public data is a rhetorical shield. It allows the speaker to imply wrongdoing without making directly falsifiable claims, a common tactic in reputational attacks.
the google doc owner may not be violating a strict legal definition of doxxing or defamation (arguable!), but they are engaging in a pattern of behavior that functionally resembles both while using language to shield themselves from accountability.
Whatever this is, it's horrible way to preface the document; It discredits the validity of the intent behind this document. Personally I would rephrase it, there's no need to seek validation from people who hate you and vise versa, trying to defend yourself from them will do nothing because they will not change their mind; therefore, there is no need to try and to fend off any accusations, they ought to fall flat on its face to anyone with critical thinking and independent mind. (If you dont want to read my ramble and opinions, this paragraph is most useful)
So the guy is a dude who's lying his sex online to make a living; The mods on his servers are mean and abusive. ? Tamaki is a woman online lying about her sex to make a living, even she would try and conceal her name even if she did happen to put her legal one into a account once. I think this google document is , it doesn't serve to purpose of getting rid of mod powertripping and makes it worst for the one compiling the document to get in good graces with that community (exculding the mods in question).
Considering her motivations it appears that the real infraction here was the mods treatment of her, but since she refused to disclose exactly what the transsgression is.
Would the drama not exist if that guy was upfront with his sex while vtubing? It seems there is evidence he doesn't have a good personality and constantly lose friends, and his actions on patreon about transactional social exchanges for money sounds like really shitty behaviour. That's more damning evidence to not trust him if it was not just heresay. Lying about his sex online is white lie. His relationship with Vshoujo signals he may have had a falling out and signals character flaws that may be benign or malignant. profiting off the white lie is bad and really depends on the intent; a selfish intent like paying rent is more forgivable, but spending money less, one would think people need a more noble reason to lie to do a good. So it really just depends and I'm not sure if that is shown is conclusive of bad character just for concealing legal name and sex, that's just a expectation of privacy.
You're here, I'll tell you straight up I don't trust humans, they all have their own selfish interests and reasons for acting the way they do. when I see drama like this my instinct is to avoid both parties. If that was the goal you did it, I am not sure who Zen is and now I'm not sure if he's good character either, but I don't trust this information either.
