Man and I thought my reasons were simple, but hella agree. Here's a few of my own, on members both past and present.
Of all of them, I'd have to say the one I can't stand is Mouse. Like I get she's sick, and I know life tends to suck when you have an illness like CVID but she's just so ass backwards it's unbelievable. Watch any of her content and when she's with other V-Tubers she's mostly quiet and keeps the whole thing chill, then go and watch anything with Connor in it and you'll see an entire personality shift depending on what's going on. If it's one of those "Walk around Japan" things she's all sweet and innocent because she knows chances are they're going to a store where her chat will pressure Connor into buying something for her, if it's gaming there's moments where she'll be a total bitch for no reason and then fall back on her community calling her a "Feisty Latina" when she's just being combative for no reason.
(Best example of this, go watch her and Connor playing Remnant 2 together. Something fucks up on her end where her audio doesn't come through and she starts claiming that Connor was ignoring her. The moment chat confirms that no one heard her on his end she jumps into tearing into him for going through maybe 10% of the level without her and refuses to move from spawn until he walks himself back through the level to her. Don't know how she can be like that to the guy that's literally spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars buying her shit from Japan.)
Further down the list, probably would have to be Silvervale, Zen and Haruka. But I'll go through them quick to save time.
Silver is literally the embodiment of bitterness, was the new hotness at one point and then the moment someone else came along and her numbers started dropping she shifted personality. Fact that she's cornered some hentia artists to flood her Patreon with porn but says "I'm not a sex worker" is hilarious.
Haruka is another ass backwards one. She was pretty much nobody until she started featuring on the Weary101 with Taka and then the moment she makes it into VShojo she dumps the lot of them and acts like she doesn't know who any of them are. Always used to reply to Taka's stuff and now she's nowhere to be seen. Makes me wonder how she has friends when it's obvious she just uses people as a stepping stone.
Zen's last up. No idea how Zen can spend a few minutes on their just chatting 'addressing' how people who are fake are a huge pet peeve when it's obvious that behind the scenes they're a dude just using a text to speech thing to pass as a female. If memory serves there's even a video of them from before VShojo in VRChat where you can quite clearly hear a dude's voice coming from the model. But then again, pretty sure if Zen ever dropped the voice thing their stream numbers would dive and all the simps would have mental break downs knowing their tip money they sent to "Dragon Mommy" were really going to a guy this entire time.
