I believe someone here looked into SnowyAria's role in the project and found that they most likely had a rather low role and had no real say in how things were translated. There are some lines in the English translation that a troon wouldn't allow if they had any power over it.

Seems about right looking at the japanese text.

It's the same translation found in the TypeMoon fandom wiki, so they might have straight up taken it from there (if it wasn't added later by them).

Just found this "INCLUSSIVE" text in the Loop8 spanish translation, but the translation in general (excepting this and Hori calling Nini "father" not being showed) it's not bad at all.

Just found out that Unicorn Overlord was butchered by localizers. I was really looking forward to this. I assume it'll be filled with stupid memes like 13 Sentinels was as well. Why can't these assholes just do the jobs they were paid to do properly? I bet Persona 3 Reload and Metaphor have been vandalised as well. I really need to learn Japanese.

I mentioned that 13 Sentinels and NEO TWEWY have poor localisations in a Discord server and one of the users in the server had a meltdown and started insulting me before saying that NEO TWEWY and 13 Sentinels' localisations are "literally famously some of the best in the industry" and that "Anti-localisation is a hate campaign" and that it's "impossible to translate japanese to english 1:1".

I don't know why people pay for and defend these garbage translations. Do they not want to admit that their favourite games have been butchered or something?

lol did that server happened to be brainy cat cafe or neku shibuya underground? those places are cesspools full of crazy loony troons and wholesome uwu schizos who happen to be godawful people those servers i used to be on but gladly left cause nop fuck those guys.
