No not all of them are left. I haven't compared the names of every location, but I know they changed イチカラ村 (Ichikara Village) to Tarrey Town. 一から means something like "from the beginning" or "from square one" which is fitting for the town since you help build it during quests, but tarry means to linger in one spot so I don't really see the connection here.

I saw they left Karakara Bazaar the same though, which required some rewriting of dialog from an NPC as they made a joke about the name meaning dry in Japanese.

Yeah some stuff is always going to be untranslatable, that's why localizations will always be inferior.
