If you're willing to put in the work, you can get your own translations of anime and manga. It isn't perfect and you can use different options to have the dialogue make sense, but it's better than waiting for someone to give you a subpar translation that they thought was better than the original. Some idiot translated a Bridget doujin and explicity insterted the trans narrative when the original never mentions it and in the author's afterword it mentions otokonoko and that is not trans at all.
